Adding a Reporting Channel Group creates a dedicated space to organize one or more reporting channels, delivering focused content to a target audience. The term “group” refers to a space where one or more report channels can be added.

To add a Reporting Channel Group to Reporting Framework:

Go to the Reporting app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

Navigate to the Reporting Framework tab

Click on the Reporting Framework where you want to add a Reporting Channel Group

Click on the Plus Sign icon
in the top right corner of the page

Select “Reporting Channel Group”
A new window will pop up where you can add a title, thumbnail image, target audience, and description for the group.

Add a descriptive title

Upload an image – this will be visible to users in Search

Enter a clear and concise description

Select your audience
-
Click “Done” in the bottom right corner
Your Reporting Channel Group will be automatically created, and you can start adding reporting channels there.
Insider Tips:

Only internal experts with special platform permission can edit Reporting Frameworks

You can only edit Reporting Frameworks if your platform has been configured to include the Reporting module

Reporting Channels will be visible to business users only if they are added to a Reporting Channel Group
