How to Add a New Reporting Channel to a Reporting Group

Adding a Reporting Channel to a Reporting Group lets you to curate focused reporting content and effectively deliver key reporting data.

To add the first Reporting Channel to a Reporting Channel Group: 

  1. Go to your Reporting Inbox
  2. Navigate to the Reporting Framework tab
  3. Click on the Reporting Channel Group where you want to add a Reporting Channel
  4. Click Add in the center of the screen
  5. Select the channel you want to add from the dropdown menu
  6. Click Add

The first Reporting Channel will be automatically added to the group.

To add an additional Reporting Channel to a Reporting Channel Group: 

  1. Go to your Reporting Inbox
  2. Navigate to the Reporting Framework tab
  3. Click on the Reporting Channel Group where you want to add a Reporting Channel
  4. Click on the Plus Sign Icon in the top right corner
  5. Select the channel you want to add from the dropdown menu
  6. Click Add

The Reporting Channel will be automatically added to the group, and you will be able to curate the order of your channels.

Insider Tip: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permission can edit Reporting Frameworks
  • You can only edit Reporting Frameworks if your platform has been configured to include the Reporting module
