How to Add Content to an Expert Channel

Adding content to an Expert Channel from Search, your homepage, or your Notebook raises awareness of key insights and projects and keeps your target audience up to date about strategic company knowledge.

You have two options for adding content to an Expert Channel: from your Notebook or from a content card on your homepage or in Search.

To add content from your Notebook: 

  1. Navigate to your Notebook

  2. Go to the list or collection with your content

  3. Find the content you want to add to your Expert Channel

  4. Click on the Three-Dot3.pngicon in the top right corner of the content card

  5. Select “Add to”

  1. Select “Expert Channels”

A list of your Expert Channels will be displayed.

  1. Choose and click on the Expert Channel where you want the content to be displayed

Your content will be automatically added to your Expert Channel.

 

To add content from a content card on your homepage or Search: 

  1. From Search or your homepage, find the content you want to add to your Expert Channel

  2. Click on the Three-Dot3.png icon in the top right corner of the content card

  3. Select “Add to”

  4. Select “Expert Channels”

A list of your Expert Channels will be displayed.

  1. Choose and click on the Expert Channel where you want the content to be displayed

Your content will be automatically added to your Expert Channel.

 

Insider Tips: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can add content to Expert Channels
