Editing the content and structure of your Knowledge Channel helps you to effectively curate and display channel content so that your target audience can enjoy a thoughtful user experience.

To add a new section to your Knowledge Channel:

Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switching to the curated view from the top of the page

Navigate to the “Knowledge channels” tab

Click on the Knowledge Channel you want to edit

Stay in the Knowledge Channel tab

Scroll down to just below the last section
-
Click on “Add Section”
The section will be immediately created.

Give your section a title that describes the theme of the Knowledge Zones you will add
Your Knowledge Channel section is now ready for you to start adding content.
To delete a section, click the Gear icon in the top right corner and select “Delete”.
To change the order of the Knowledge Channel sections:
1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the section

Select where you want to move it from a dropdown menu
To add content from a Knowledge Channel section:

Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switching to the curated view from the top of the page

Navigate to the “Knowledge channels” tab

Click on the Knowledge Channel you want to edit

Stay in the “Knowledge Channel” tab

Find the section where you want to add the content
-
Click on the round plus sign in the gray drop zone
A new window will pop up where you can select the Knowledge Zones you want to add to the section.

Select the Knowledge Zones you want to add by ticking the checkbox in the top left corner of the content card

Click the “Done” button
The content will be immediately added to the Knowledge Channel and pushed to your target audience's homepage.
To remove content from a Knowledge Channel section:

Find the section where you want to remove the content

Click on the Three-Dot menu in the bottom right corner of a content card you want to remove

Click “Remove“

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can create Knowledge Channels

Use the search and filter feature when adding content to your Knowledge Channel to save time and effort

Only Knowledge Zones can be added to a Knowledge Channel – if you want to add additional types of content, create an Expert Channel
