Adding team members to a Knowledge Channel helps you to democratize moderator responsibilities and ensures that other experts with unique insights and knowledge can post and share within the channel.

To add a team member to a Knowledge Channel:

Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switching to the curate view from the top of the page

Navigate to the “Knowledge channels” tab

Click on the Knowledge Channel where you want to invite team members

Click on the Gear icon
in the top right corner of the page

Click “Edit” in the top right corner of the sidebar
- Click anywhere in the “Owners” field
A list of options will be displayed in the dropdown.
8. Add one or more users or user groups by selecting the names from the drop down
9. Click “Done” in the top right corner of the sidebar
The new team member(s) will be added as owners and will receive an automatic notification that they have been added to the Knowledge Channel.
