Editing a Knowledge Channel allows you to update the title, description, and target audience as well as define new permissions and update channel content.

To edit a Knowledge Channel:

Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switching to the curated view from the top of the page

Navigate to the “Knowledge channels” tab

Click on the Knowledge Channel you want to edit
You will be taken to the Knowledge Channel. Here you can edit Knowledge Channel structure and content.

Click on the Gear icon
in the top right corner of the page
A Knowledge Channel settings sidebar will open.
6. Click “Edit” in the top right corner of the sidebar
7. Make the necessary changes
8. Click “Done” in the top right corner of the sidebar
Your updates will automatically save and be pushed to your target audience.
Any new team members will receive an automatic notification that they have been added to the Knowledge Channel.

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can create Knowledge Channels

All Knowledge Channel owners will be able to add, edit, and delete Knowledge Channel content
- Your target audience will be able to access this channel via the Knowledge app and will not be able to remove it
