Adding team members to a Quick Links Channel enables you to share moderator access with other experts, allowing them to post and share key internal and external resources within the channel.

To add a team member to a Quick Link Channel:

Go to the Links section from the left-hand navigation bar

Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page
The Quick Link channels inbox will open.

Click on the Quick Link Channel where you wish to add a team member

Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the view
The channel settings bar will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Click on the Edit icon in the top right corner of the sidebar
All field will become editable.

Click on the “Owners“ field and start typing a name

Select one or more team members from the dropdown
The new team member(s) will receive an automatic notification that they have been added to the Quick Links Channel.

All Quick Links Channel owners will be able to add, edit, and delete Quick Links Channel content
