How to Create a Quick Link Channel

Quick Link Channels let you showcase a curated list of internal or external links to your target audience’s homepages so that key resources are accessible with the click of a button.

To Create a Quick Link Channel: 

  1. Go to your Announce on Home Inbox - typically found in your "Activities" dropdown
  2. Navigate to the Quick Links tab  
  3. Click on the “Get Started” button in the center of your screen 

A new window will pop up where you will be prompted to enter key channel information.  

  1. Give your Quick Link Channel a title and a description 
  2. Select a layout 
  3. Define the target audience 
  4. Choose a classification 
  5. Update the language 
  6. Click the “Done” button in the top right corner of the Add Quick Link Channel window 

Your Quick Link Channel will be immediately created. You can start adding content that will automatically publish to your target audience. 

Insider Tips: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can create Quick Links channels 
  • Updates to language settings are only available on platforms where your company has requested this configuration 
  • Users cannot hide Quick Links from their homepage 
  • Be aware of the required access permissions for linked resources
