How to Create a New Knowledge Zone

Creating Knowledge Zones allows you to share your expertise on various topics by curating content in a template format – almost like a mini-website.

To create a Knowledge Zone:

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

  1. Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

  1. Click on the Plus Sign icon b3.pngin the top-right corner of the inbox

You will be taken directly to a new Knowledge Zone where you can curate your insights by adding content and collaborating with your colleagues.

 

Insider Tips:

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones
