Using headers in your Knowledge Zone allows you to customize its visual layout in a way that makes it stand out to your target audience..

To upload a header to your Knowledge Zone:

Navigate to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner
Alternatively, you can access the needed Knowledge zone from the inbox by switching to the curate view from the top of the page. When you click on your Knowledge Zone from the inbox, you will be taken straight to the edit view.

Click the Gear icon inside the header area
The “Header Settings” panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Find the “Header” section and expand it by clicking on the Dropdown icon next to it

Click on the gray thumbnail placeholder to select an image
A pop-up window will appear, where you will be prompted to choose the image.

Select an image from your folders

Click 'Upload' in the bottom right corner of the pop-up
Your header image will be immediately uploaded and applied to your Knowledge Zone page.
Click the Gear icon inside your header or the X Icon in the “Header Settings” to exit this section.
