Copying a Knowledge Zone is a quick and easy way to save time and effort and reuse existing formatting and content.

To copy a Knowledge Zone:
- Navigate to the Knowledge app in the left-hand side navigation
- Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page
- Find the Knowledge Zone you want to duplicate
- Click on the Three-Dot icon
to the left of the title
- Select “Duplicate”
The Knowledge Zone will be automatically copied. You can access it via your Knowledge Zone Inbox. The initial title will be the name of the existing Knowledge zone + (Copy) e.g., Brand Strategy (Copy).
Insider Tip:
- Don’t forget to give your newly copied Knowledge Zone a unique title
- All the content from your previously created Knowledge will be transferred to the new Knowledge Zone
- Only admins and expert users have permission to duplicate Knowledge Zones
