Duplicating a section offers a time-saving solution, allowing you to replicate and tailor specific content effortlessly.

To duplicate a section in a Knowledge Zone:

Go to the Knowledge Zone where you want to copy the page

Click the Edit icon
in the top right corner of any section
The “Section Settings” panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Scroll to the “Sections Overview“
You will see the list of all sections.

Choose the section you want to duplicate

Click on the Three-Dot menu
next to the name of the chosen section

Choose “Duplicate Section“ from the dropdown list
The copy of the section will automatically appear under the original section with the name “Name of the original section_copy“.
