How to Upload New Content to a Knowledge Zone

Uploading new content to a Knowledge Zone allows you to curate key data and insights by adding documents, images, and videos.

To upload a document to your Knowledge Zone: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

  2. Navigate to the section where you want to upload the document

  3. Click on the center of a blank content element 

A dropdown menu will display.

  1. Hover the cursor over “Upload” 

  2. Select “Document”

The file picker will open.

  1. Choose a document 

  2. Click the “Upload” button in the bottom right corner of the window

Your document will be automatically added to your Knowledge Zone.

 

To upload images to your Knowledge Zone: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone 

  2. Navigate to the section where you want to upload the image 

  3. Click on the center of a blank content element – they can either be in card or image format

If the content element is in image format, the file picker will open immediately. Otherwise, follow steps 4-7. 

  1. Hover the cursor over “Upload”

  2. Select “Image”

The file picker will open.  

  1. Choose an image

  2. Click the “Upload” button in the bottom right corner of the window

Your image will be automatically added to your Knowledge Zone. 

 

To upload videos to your Knowledge Zone:  

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone 

  2. Navigate to the section where you want to upload the video  

  3. Click on the center of a blank content element 

A dropdown menu will display.

  1. Hover the cursor over “Upload” 

  2. Select “Video”

A dropdown menu will open, where you need to choose to which library the video will be uploaded on the platform.

  1. Choose the library

The file picker will open.  

  1. Choose a video 

  2. Click the “Upload” button in the bottom right corner of the window

Your video will be automatically added to your Knowledge Zone.

 

Insider Tips: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones

  • Uploaded documents and videos may take some time to process before appearing in your Knowledge Zone, depending on the size of the file and your internet speed 

  • Uploaded content will also be made available and searchable to everyone in your target audience when you publish your Knowledge Zone
