Updating the document information for your uploaded document allows you change the thumbnail image, title, description, categorization, and access permissions.

To update the document information for an uploaded document:

Go to your document – either via Search or via your upload history

Click on the Information icon in the top right corner of the document view
The information panel will appear to the right of your document view.

Make changes in the fields you want to update – you can update the thumbnail image, description, classification, and permissions

Click “Done“ in the top right corner of the Information panel once you are satisfied with your updates
Your updates will be automatically saved. Any changes will be immediately applied, and users will be able to use the categories you selected to find the document in Search.
