Uploading a video using your platform's Uploader is a straightforward and effective way to add content to your platform’s Search. Quick Load allows you to upload in just three clicks. The Advanced Uploader allows you to classify your video and set permissions.

To upload a video using the Quick Uploader:
- Go to your Uploader
- Click on the round plus sign
A file selector window will pop up.
- Choose the video you want to add
Once you click on the file, you will be sent back to the Uploader window and your video will upload automatically. The video will be published to all users.
To upload a video using Advanced Upload:
- Go to your Uploader
- Click on “Advanced Upload”
The Advanced Upload window will pop up.
- Select “Video”
- Select “Video Library” on the next screen
- Click on the round plus sign
A file selector window will pop up.
- Choose the video(s) you want to add
Once you click on the file, you will be returned to the Uploader window.
- Click on “Upload” in the top right corner of the window
Your upload will begin processing and you will be returned to the main Upload view.
Once your upload has been processed, a “Continue” button will appear under the “Actions” heading of the upload history tracker.
- Click on “Continue”
- Fill out the context fields – these values will be the tags that help users to find your video in Search
- Click “Publish” in the top right corner of the screen
The next screen will ask you to choose who will be able to view your project – this is where you define who will be able to view the link in Search. You have three options.

Specific Promoter Groups: |
One or more groups will be able to view our video and can promote it on your platform’s homepage |

Specific Viewers |
Your research will be shared with a specific group e.g. Marketing or Insights |
- Select the option that fits your publishing needs
- Click on “Next” in the bottom right corner of the window
On the next screen, you will select the viewers and promoters (if applicable) from a dropdown.
- Select your audience from the dropdown – you can select one or more individual users, or you can choose a group
- Click on “Publish” in the bottom right corner of the window once you have selected your audience
Your video will be published to your selected community, and you will be able to view it in Search as well as your Advanced Upload history.

- You can only upload a video using the Uploader if your platform has the Video Library feature configured
