Restoring a previous version of a Knowledge Zone gives you the flexibility to revisit and reuse previously saved content, ensuring no important information is ever lost.

To restore a previous version of a Knowledge Zone:

Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

Click on the Panel icon
in the top right corner of the screen
A panel will appear on the left side of the screen.

Find the “Versions” section

Click on the Upward Arrow icon
next to the section title to display all the versions

Scroll to the version you want to restore

Update the version title, if desired

Click the Three-Dot iconto the right of the version title

Select “Restore”
A new window will pop up, prompting you to confirm that you want to restore a previous version.

Click the “Restore” button if you are sure that you want to revert to the previous version
The content and format of the previous version will be immediately displayed, allowing you to continue working or publish the Knowledge Zone.

Click on the Panel icon
again to close the left-hand side panel

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones

Save the work in a current version by publishing the current version of the Knowledge Zone
