Uploading the most up-to-date version of a project document keeps your project content current and ensures that your colleagues have access to accurate information.

This article is about captured / uploaded projects.
To upload the newest version of a document in an uploaded project:
- Go to the project where you want to upload a new document
The project panel will display on the left-hand side of your screen
- Click on the section where you want to upload the latest version of the document
- Click the center of the gray drop zone
A file sector will open, and you can select the project you want to upload.
- Upload your project
The document will be automatically added to your project.
If your project has already been published, click the “Republish” button in the top right corner of the screen to make the document available to your colleagues in Search.
Insider Tip:
- You can see previous versions of the document by clicking on the Three Dot Icon in each section and selecting “History”
