The Project Overview is the section in your project where you add key information, such as a description, background, objectives, and project summary. It also provides space to tag your content, making it easier for your colleagues to find your research in Search

To fill out the Project Brief of a newly captured project:

Navigate to your Project inbox by clicking “Research” in the left-hand navigation bar

Click on the Plus Sign icon
in the top right corner of your inbox

Select “Capture Project”
A new window will pop up.

Give your project a title

Select your project type
-
Click “Create” in the top right corner of the window to start your project
Your new project will be created, and you will be taken directly to the “Project Overview” section.

Fill out all the relevant fields for your project – including an informative description, adding any relevant tags, and completed project background, objectives, and summary
Once you are done with your Project Overview, you can upload your project documents by navigating to the other sections of your projects using the Project Panel on the left-hand side of your screen.

Click “Publish“ in the top right corner of your project view
If you are not ready to add project documents or publish your project, you can go back to your Project Inbox by clicking on the Back Arrow in the top left corner of your Project view.
To fill out the Project Brief of an existing captured project:

Navigate to your Project inbox by clicking “Research” in the left-hand navigation bar

Find the project you want to update

Click anywhere in the row with your selected project
You will be taken directly to the “Project Overview” section.

Fill out all the relevant fields for your project – including an informative description, adding any relevant tags, and completed project background, objectives, and summary
Once you are done with your Project Overview, you can upload your project documents by navigating to the other sections of your projects using the Project Panel on the left-hand side of your screen.

Click “Republish“ in the top right corner of your project view
If you are not ready to add project documents or publish your project, you can go back to your Project Inbox by clicking on the Back Arrow in the top left corner of your Project view.
