How to Upload a New Version of a Document in a Research Project

Uploading the latest version of a document in a research project ensures that content is up to date, and that your colleagues have access to the most recent information.

To upload the newest version of a document in your research project: 

  1. Go to the project where you want to upload a new document 
  2. Move to the Results tab 
  3. Scroll to the section where you want to upload the new version of the document 
  4. Click the center of the gray drop zone 

A file sector will open, and you can select the project you want to upload. 

  1. Upload your project 

The document will be automatically added to your project.  

If your project has already been published, click the “Republish” button in the top right corner of the screen to make the document available to your colleagues in Search. 

Insider Tip: 

  • You can see previous versions of the document by clicking on the Three Dot Icon in each section and selecting “History”
