Uploading the latest version of a document in a research project ensures that content is up to date, and that your colleagues have access to the most recent information.

To upload the newest version of a document in your research project:

Go to the project where you want to upload a new document

Move to the tab where you want to update the document

Find the section where you want to upload the new version of the document

Click anywhere on the gray drop zone
A file sector will open, and you can select the document you want to upload.

Select and upload your document
The document will be automatically added to your project.
If your project has already been published, click the “Republish” button in the top right corner of the screen to make the document available to your colleagues in Search.

You can see previous versions of the document by clicking on the Three-Dot icon
in each section and selecting “History”
