How to Request Project Proposals from Multiple Research Agencies

Requesting research proposals from multiple agencies helps you to find the best structure and design option for your research project.

To request research proposals from multiple research agencies: 

  1. Go to the project where you want to add a vendor 
  2. Move to the Supplier tab 
  3. Scroll to the “Supplier Selection” section 
  4. Select all the Agency Partners who you want to submit a proposal 

The selected suppliers will be added below the selection area. 

  1. Scroll to the section with the first vendor 
  2. Move to the “Add Contact” section 
  3. Click on the dropdown menu to select a contact 
  4. Continue to the “Request Proposal” section 
  5. Click “Request” 
  6. Repeat steps 5-9 as needed 

Each time you click “Request”, the request for a research proposal will be automatically generated and sent to the contact you selected from the dropdown menu. They will be able to upload the proposal in the same section. This is the same space where you will be able to review their proposal submissions. 

Insider Tips: 

  • You cannot request a proposal without selecting a contact 
  • If you do not need a proposal, you can click “Skip” in the “Request Approval” section
