How to Collaborate with an Agency Partner on Project Design

Collaborating with your agency partner when designing a project ensures all parties are aligned and that all relevant study factors are considered before starting the project.

To collaborate with your agency partner on study design: 

  1. Go to the project where you want to collaborate 
  2. Navigate to the Brief tab 
  3. Enter key project information or provide feedback on the content your partner has entered by clicking on the Comment Icon blobid0.png and entering a message 

Once your team is aligned on the project design, you can request approval for the brief or begin working on other project sections. 

Insider Tip: 

  • Agency collaboration is only available on platforms where research management is configured, and your company has requested the configuration
