Managing pages in your Knowledge Zones helps you structure content in an organized and engaging way. You can name, add, delete, copy, move, and hide pages

To name the first page in your Knowledge Zone:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
Alternatively, you can access the needed Knowledge zone from the inbox by switching to the curate view from the top of the page. When you click on your Knowledge Zone from the inbox, you will be taken straight to the edit view.
3. Click on “Click to add your Page title”, which is the lower-text field in the header area (if you have not named your page)
4. Type in the name of your page
Once you have created your first page, you can click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to reveal the left-hand side configuration panel. There, you can manage your pages in the “Site Pages” section.
To rename a page:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the title of the page and type the new name
Alternatively, you can do it from the configuration panel.
4. Gear iconin the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
5. Navigate to the “Site Pages“ section
6. Double-click the name of the page you wish to rename
7. Type the new name of your page
The new title of your page will be automatically saved. Click anywhere outside the name field to start working on your newly named page.
To add a page:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the Gear iconin the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
4. Click “Add new“ next to the “Site Pages” section
5. Select “Add Page”
6. Click “Delete” again when prompted by the pop-up window
Your page will be immediately deleted from the system.
To copy a page:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the Gear iconin the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
4. Navigate to the “Site Pages” section
5. Click the Three-Dot iconnext to the name of the page you wish to duplicate
6. Click “Duplicate”
A new copy of the page will be created, and it will contain all the content from the copied page. It will also have the same title, followed by Copy in brackets.
To move a page:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
4. Navigate to the “Site Pages” section
5. Click and hold your cursor on the page you want to move
6. Drag your cursor up or down to move the page higher or lower in the list
Any changes you make will be immediately applied to your Knowledge Zone’s structure.
To nest a page inside another as a subpage:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the Gear iconin the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
4. Navigate to the “Site Pages” section
5. Click and hold your cursor on the page you want to move
6. Ensure the page you are moving is directly underneath the page you want it to be nested in by dragging your cursor up or down (while holding down the mouse button)
7. Drag your cursor to the right to nest the page inside the parent page
Your changes will be immediately applied to your Knowledge Zone’s structure.
To hide a page:
1. Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one
2. Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
3. Click on the Gear iconin the top right corner of the screen
This action will reveal the left-hand side configuration panel.
4. Navigate to the “Site Pages” section
5. Hover your cursor over the name of the page you wish to hide
6. Click on the Eye iconnext to the page name
The page will be immediately hidden and can be easily unhidden by clicking the Eye icon again.
