How to Add a Title to a Knowledge Zone

Giving your Knowledge Zone a descriptive title informs your colleagues about the topic of your Knowledge Zone and helps you find it again in the future.

To name your Knowledge Zone:  

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
  2. Click on the header field labeled Knowledge Zone Title
  3. Choose and type in a title
  4. Click outside of the field  

The title will save automatically

To update the name again, follow steps 1-4.

Insider Tips: 

  • Give your Knowledge Zone a name when you start your work so you can easily track your work and your colleagues know the theme of the Knowledge Zone
  • If you create a Knowledge Zone and don’t give it a name, your Knowledge Zone will save as Knowledge Zone Title by default in your Knowledge Zone inbox
  • You must open your Knowledge Zone to name it - it is not possible to update the title from your Knowledge Zone inbox
