Giving your Knowledge Zone a clear and descriptive title helps your colleagues quickly understand its topic and makes it easier for them to find.

To name your Knowledge Zone:

Open an existing Knowledge Zone or create a new one

Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the existing Knowledge Zone
Alternatively, you can access the needed Knowledge zone from the inbox by switching to the curate view from the top of the page. When you click on your Knowledge Zone from the inbox, you will be taken straight to the edit view.

Click on the header field labeled Knowledge Zone Title

Type in a title

Click outside of the field
The title will save automatically.
To update the name again, follow steps 1-4.

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones

Give your Knowledge Zone a name when you start your work so you can easily track your work and your colleagues know the theme of the Knowledge Zone

If you create a Knowledge Zone and don’t give it a name, your Knowledge Zone will save as “Knowledge Zone Title” by default in your Knowledge Zone inbox

You must open your Knowledge Zone to name it - it is not possible to update the title from your Knowledge Zone inbox
