The Visual Layout in a Knowledge Zone lets you attractively display image-based content such as images linked to other platform content or external URLs, interactive maps, or an interactive homepage.

To create a Knowledge Zone section using the Visual Layout:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
- Create a new section or scroll to the section where you want to use the Visual Layout
- Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the section
- Select “Visual” from the “Choose Layout” section
The layout of the section will be automatically updated, and you can start editing the section ad adding image-focused content.
To upload a background when using the Visual layout:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone section with a Visual layout
- Click anywhere on the grey section background
A file picker will open automatically so you can select an image.
- Choose the image you want to upload
The image will be immediately loaded to the section. You can leave it “as is”, resize it, or set it as the background image.
If you want to use the image as a background image:
- Click on the background again
- Select “Use as Section Background”
The image will adaptively expand to the width of the section.
To use the Size and Position feature to resize images exactly when using the Visual Layout:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone section with a Visual layout
- Click on a content card where you uploaded an image
- Click “Size and Position”
- Enter new values for the width and height
- Update the horizontal and vertical positioning, if desired
- Click the “Save” button

- Use PowerPoint or other image editing software to create icons that include the page name and upload them as image files to your Visual Layout before linking them to different pages
