How to Use the Standard Layout in a Knowledge Zone

The Standard Layout in a Knowledge Zone is the default layout for any new section that features three content cards, a text box, and the ability to drag, drop, and resize all types of content.

To create a Knowledge Zone section using the Standard Layout: 

1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

2. Click the “Add Section” button located above or below each existing section

Your new Knowledge Zone section will be created in the Standard Layout by default.

To change a Knowledge Zone section to the Standard Layout: 

1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone 

2. Scroll to a section where you want to use the Standard Layout

3. Click the Edit iconEdit icon.pngin the top right corner of the section

A Section Settings panel will open on the right-hand side.

4. Navigate to the “Layout” section

5. Select “Standard”

The layout of the section will be automatically updated, and you can start adding and arranging content.

 

Insider Tips: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones

  • Drag and drop your content to quickly and easily curate your insights

  • Resize your content by clicking on the Expand icon in the bottom right corner of the field

  • The Standard Layout intuitively repositions other content when resizing and arranging objects, making it one of the most flexible layout types
