How to Use the Flow Layout in a Knowledge Zone

Using the Flow Layout in a Knowledge Zone lets you drag and drop content from your Notebook or easily upload content from your desktop so that you can intuitively organize content into a structured format using content cards.

To create a Knowledge Zone section using the Flow Layout: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
  2. Create a new section or scroll to the section where you want to use the Flow Layout
  3. Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the section
  4. Select “Flow” from the “Choose Layout” section

The layout of the section will be automatically updated, and you can start uploading documents, projects, videos, and news to the content cards.



Insider Tips: 

  • When using the Flow Layout, you can only upload specific content types, e.g., documents, projects, or News Feeds – it is not possible to upload images or text
  • Easily reorder content cards by clicking on the Icon in the top right corner and dragging and dropping your content in your preferred order
  • You cannot resize content cards, as with the Standard layout
