Embedding a reporting dashboard in a Knowledge Zone lets your target audience interact with and leverage the content directly in the Zone.

To embed a Reporting Dashboard in a Knowledge Zone:

Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

Navigate to the page and section where you want to embed a dashboard

Click Plus Sign icon
in the middle of an empty content card, or add a new card by clicking the Gear icon
in the top right corner of your section, and selecting “Card” from the “Pick Elements” section

Select “Embed External Content”
A new window will pop up prompting you to give the dashboard a title, upload a thumbnail image, and enter the URL of the dashboard.

Give the dashboard a descriptive title

Add a thumbnail image from your desktop by clicking anywhere in the gray drop zone area and then selecting a file

Copy and paste the URL of the dashboard or widget you want to embed

Click “Add” in the top right corner of the window

The dashboard will be immediately embedded and accessible by your target audience as soon as you publish the Knowledge Zone. You and your team can also preview the dashboard from within the Knowledge Zone by clicking on it.
Insider Tips:

The URL used should be a URL that has been expressly created for the purpose of embedding

If the dashboard is not public, please be sure that your audience has access to the content or they will not be able to view the dashboard

Use the icon in the bottom right corner of the card to resize the dashboard so your audience can view it more easily
