Embedding external videos in our Knowledge Zone allows you to view the content without having to leave the platform.

To embed a video link in a Knowledge Zone:

Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

Navigate to the page and section where you want to embed the video

Click Plus Sign icon in the middle of an empty content card, or add a new card by clicking the Gear icon
in the top right corner of your section, and selecting “Card” from the “Elements” section

Select “Add Video Link”
A new window will pop up where you will be prompted to enter the URL from the source you want to embed.

Copy and paste the URL of the video

Click “Add” in the top right corner of the window
The video will be immediately embedded and playable by your target audience as soon as you publish the Knowledge Zone. You and your team can also preview the video from within the Knowledge Zone by clicking on it.
Insider Tips:

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Knowledge Zones

Your audience can play the video and use other controls like adjusting the volume or expanding to full-screen mode from directly within your Knowledge Zone

Use the Expand icon in the bottom right corner of the card to resize the video so your audience can view it more easily without having to go into full-screen mode
