How to Remove Content Elements from a Knowledge Zone

Deleting a content element from a Knowledge Zone section removes unneeded cards from your Knowledge Zone section.

To remove content elements from a Knowledge Zone section: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
  2. Navigate to the section where you want to remove content elements  
  3. Hover your cursor over the top right corner of the element you want to delete

A Trash Can Icon will appear.

  1. Click the Trash Can Icon

The element will be immediately and irreversibly deleted from the Knowledge Zone.

  • Only users with specific permissions can add elements to Knowledge Zones
