Adding a new Report Wave to a Report Container delivers new reporting data to your target audience and adds to the content history from the Reporting Container.

To add a new Report Wave to a Report Container:

Navigate to the Report Container where you want to add a new Report Wave

Click “Add Report Wave“ at the bottom of the Report panel on the left-hand side
A new window will pop up where you can confirm the addition of the Report Wave.

Click “Add“ at the bottom right corner of the window
A new view will open, allowing you to review and update details about the report.

Click “Publish“ in the top right corner when you are ready to add the new Report Wave
A new window will pop up.

Define who should receive an alert when the Report Wave is published

Add a personalized message, if desired

Click “Publish” in the bottom right corner of the window
The Report Wave will be automatically added to the Reporting Container and the subscribers will be notified that the content has been published.
Members of the target audience will be able to access the report content in the Reporting app or via Search.

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can add new waves to Report Containers

Suppliers can only publish new waves if the “Supplier Publication” tab is toggled in the “Other Properties” section of the Report Overview
