How to Delete a Report Container

Deleting a Reporting Container allows you to stop report delivery and remove reporting content that is no longer needed from your platform. 

To delete a Reporting Container: 

1. Go to your Reporting Inbox
2. Navigate to the Reports tab
3. Click on the Three Dot Icon to the left of the title of the Reporting Container you want to delete
4. Select Delete

A window will pop up asking you if you want to delete the container from your platform.

5. Click the Delete button if you are sure you want to delete the container  

Your Reporting Container will be immediately removed from your platform.

Insider Tips: 

• Only internal experts with special platform permissions can delete Reporting Containers
• If you delete a Report Container from the system, both the Reporting Container and the reporting content in the container will be permanently deleted from your platform – be sure you do not need that content anymore
