How to Update Report Container Subscribers

Updating the subscribers for a Report Container changes who will receive automatic notifications whenever a new Report Wave is delivered.

To update the subscribers for a Report Container: 

  1. Go to the Reporting app from the left-hand side navigation bar

  2. Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

  3. Stay in the Reports tab

  1. Click on the Reporting Container where you want to update the subscribers

You will be taken to the Report Overview where you can edit key container information, including the subscribers.

  1. Click “Edit” in the top right corner of the screen

You will be taken to the Report Overview where you can edit key Report information.

  1. Click the Subscriber Management section in the left-hand side panel

A new view will open, displaying a table with two tabs: one with all users who has access to the Report Container and another with the subscribers.

  1. Find the user whose subscription you want to change

  2. Toggle the Subscribed toggle on to subscribe the user to the report

  3. Go to the Subscribers tab

  4. Find the user whose subscription you want to change

  5. Toggle the Subscribed toggle off to unsubscribe the user

  6. Click “Done” in the top right corner of the Subscriber Management screen

The subscriptions for the Report Container will be automatically updated. Subscribed users will receive a notification the next time a report is published. Unsubscribed users will no longer receive system notifications about report publication.

 

Insider Tips: 

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit report subscriptions

  • The Subscription toggle will be yellow for subscribers and gray for unsubscribed users
