Creating a new Report Container creates a space where you can define the title, cadence, and audience for your report waves.

To create a new Report Container:

Go to the Reporting app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

Stay in the Reports tab

Click on the Plus Sign iconin the top right corner of the inbox
A new window will pop up, allowing you to add the key information about your Report Container.

Give your Report Container a descriptive title

Select the report type from the Type dropdown

Choose a cadence for report delivery

Define the update frequency
-
Enter the next delivery date

Click “Add“ in the bottom right corner of the window
Your Report Container will be created and will be ready for you to add reports.
When a new view will open, you can start defining the editors and audience, updating the report settings, and categorizing your report content.

Enter the description of your Report Container is desired

Add a thumbnail by clicking on the “Upload image“ placeholder

Select the tags in the context field

Add more people in the Team section

Start typing in a name or group in the “Viewers“ field to define who can view your Report Container
This field is mandatory to finalize the creation of the Report Container. The “Done“ button will only be available after you define the target audience.

Click on the “Supplier Publication“ toggle if you want your suppliers to publish new report waves without your approval

Click “Done“ in the top right corner of the window
Your changes will be immediately saved.
