How to Add Content to Announcements

Adding content to Announcements from Search, your homepage, or your Notebook raises awareness for strategic updates and projects insights, as well provides you with a place to share important company information and messages with your target audience.

You have two options for adding content to an Announcement Channel: from your Notebook or from a content card on your homepage or in Search.

To add content from your Notebook:

  1. Navigate to your Notebook

  2. Go to the list or collection with your content

  3. Find the content you want to add to your Announcements

  4. Click on the Three-Dot icon in the top right corner of the content card

  5. Select “Add to”

  1. Select “Announcements Channels“

A list of your Announcements Channels will be displayed.

  1. Choose and click on the Announcement Channel where you want the content to be displayed

Your content will be automatically added to your Announcements Channel.

 

To add content from a content card on your homepage or Search:

  1. From Search or your homepage, find the content you want to add to your Announcements

  2. Click on the Three-Dot icon in the top right corner of the content card

  3. Select “Add to”

  4. Select “Announcements Channels“

A list of your Announcements Channels will be displayed.

  1. Choose and click on the Announcement Channel where you want the content to be displayed

Your content will be automatically added to the Announcements Channel.

 

Insider Tips:

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can add content to Announcements

  • Announcements can be published to the entire user community or to specific audiences
