Creating a Reporting Channel provides your user community with a dedicated space to access, post, and share key insights and targeted content on specific topics or themes.

To Create a Reporting Channel:

Go to the Reporting app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

Navigate to the “Reporting Channels” tab

Click on the Plus Sign icon
in the top right corner of the inbox
A new window will pop up where you can name, describe, define a target audience, and upload the image for your Reporting Channel.

Give your Reporting Channel a descriptive title

Upload the thumbnail image for your Reporting Channel

Enter a clear and concise description of the expected topic, theme, or type of content

Select users or a user group from the “Members” dropdown to define your target audience

Click on the “Done” button in the bottom right corner of the window
Your Reporting Channel will be created and will be ready for you to add reports. You can also start to add team members, update the channel settings, and add new sections and content.
Insider Tips:

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can add and edit Reporting Channels

Only Reports can be added to a Reporting Channel – if you want to add additional types of content, create an Expert Channel

Reporting Channels will be visible to business users only if they are added to a Reporting Channel Group
