Deactivating a Curated Newsletter suspends its delivery while allowing you to keep and edit the content for later use.

To deactivate a Curated Newsletter:

Go to the News app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

Navigate to the Newsletters tab

Click on the Curated Newsletter you want to deactivate
You will be taken to a new view where you can edit the content and settings of the newsletter.

Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page
A Newsletter settings sidebar will open.

Click on the Edit icon in the top right corner of the sidebar

Navigate to the “Status” section

Change the status by clicking on the “Inactive“ option

Click “Done” in the top right corner of the sidebar
Newsletter delivery will be immediately suspended, and users will no longer automatically receive newsletter content.
Insider Tips:

Newsletters are inactive by default so they can be curated before beginning delivery

If you no longer need the newsletter or any of its content, delete it from the platform

Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit Curated Newsletters
