Creating a new Expert-Curated News Channel gives you a space to organize and deliver news feed content to a target audience, which helps your audience to stay up to date on the topics most relevant to your team, company, or industry.

To create a new Expert-Curated News Channel:
- Go to your Deliver News Inbox
- Navigate to the News Channels tab
- Click on the Plus Sign Icon
in the top right corner of the inbox
- Select “Add News Channel”
A new window will pop up where you can name, describe, categorize, and define the target audience for your News Channel.
- Give your news channel a descriptive title
- Upload a thumbnail image by clicking on the gray drop zone area
- Provide a clear and concise description of the expected focus of the channel
- Select users or a user group from the “Members” dropdown to define your target audience
- Classify your channel by selecting values from the “Classification” dropdown
- Update the language, if needed
- Click “Done” in the top right corner of the window
Your Expert-Curated News Channel will be automatically created and will be ready for you to add content. You can also add team members or update the settings.
Insider Tips:
- Only internal experts with special platform permissions can create Expert News Channels
- Updates to language settings are only available on platforms where your company has requested this configuration
