How to Update the Target Audience of an Expert-Curated News Channel

Changing the target audience of an Expert-Curated News Channel updates who can view the news channel and what content they will see when they view the channel. 

To change the audience of an Expert-Curated News Channel: 

1. Go to your Deliver News Inbox
2. Move to the News Channels tab
3. Click on the News Channel where you want to update the audience

You will be taken to a new view where you can edit the content and settings of the newsletter.

4. Move to the Settings tab
5. Click “Edit” in the top right corner
6. Scroll to the “Target Audience” section

You will now be able to add or remove user(s) and/or user group(s).

To add additional user(s) or user group(s) as the target audience of a Curated Newsletter: 

1. Click anywhere in the “Member” field
2. Start typing in a username or user group

A list of options will be displayed in the dropdown.

3. Select one or more users from the dropdown
4. Click “Done” in the top right corner once you are happy with your new target audience

The users will automatically receive or have the option to receive all future deliveries of the Curated Newsletter.

To remove users from the target audience of a Curated Newsletter: 

1. Click the “X” next to the user or user group(s) you want to remove
2. Click “Done” in the top right corner once you are happy with your new target audience

The users will automatically no longer receive or have the option to receive future deliveries of the Curated Newsletter.

• Only internal experts with special platform permissions can update the target audience of an Expert-Curated News Channel
