How to Remove a Post from a Shareable Newsfeed

Removing a post from the Shareable News Feed allows you to ensure only relevant content reaches your target audience by eliminating unnecessary posts.

To remove posts from a Shareable News Feed that are not auto-published: 

  1. Go to the News app from the left-hand side navigation bar

  2. Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

  1. Navigate to the Feeds tab

  2. Click on the Feed where you want to review and edit the content

You will be taken to the view, where you will see a list of posts to review.

  1. Click the Trash Can 4.png icon to the right of the post you want to remove

The posts will be removed from the Feed before they are published.

You can publish removed posts by moving to the “Rejected” tab of the Feed review and clicking on the Checkmark icon 3.png next to the post.

To remove auto-published posts from a Shareable News Feed: 

  1. Go to the News app from the left-hand side navigation bar

  2. Switch to the Curate view at the top of the page

  1. Navigate to the Feeds tab

  2. Click on the Feed where you want to review and edit the content

You will be taken to the view where you will see a list of all the published posts in a Feed.

  1. Click the Trash Can icon 4.png to the right of the post you want to remove

The post will be immediately removed from the Feed and will no longer be visible to your target audience.

You can revive a post by turning on the feed review option, moving to the “Rejected” tab of the Feed review, and clicking on the Checkmark icon 3.png next to the post you want to publish.

  • Only internal experts with special platform permissions can edit the Shareable News Feed
