Adding an interactive calendar to a Knowledge Zone allows you to publish relevant events to colleagues that can be viewed in different time formats and downloaded to personal calendars.

To add an interactive calendar to a Knowledge Zone:

Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone

Navigate to or create a section where you want to add the calendar

Click the Edit icon
in the top right corner of the section
The Section Settings panel will open on the left.

Navigate to the “Pick Elements” section
You will see a list of available elements there.
There are four options:

Text: |
Allows you to type or paste words, links, and other text-based content. |

Image: |
Used to upload pictures or other visual elements in png and jpeg format |
|
Card: |
Provides the space to add content like documents, projects, or reports |
|
Calendar: |
Creates a space to track and announce current and upcoming events, or deadlines |

Click on or drag and drop “Calendar” into the section
The calendar will be automatically added to your section. You can resize the calendar, add events, or update how the dates are displayed.
Only users with permission to view your Knowledge Zone will be able to see the calendar. Your audience will only be able to view the calendar once the Knowledge Zone has been re(published).
