How to Copy a Page in a Knowledge Zone

Copying a page in a Knowledge Zone is an easy way to save time and effort by maintaining the styling and reusing existing content

To copy a page in a Knowledge Zone:

1. Go to the Knowledge Zone where you want to copy the page

2. Click on the Gear icon11.pngin the top right corner of the screen

A configuration panel will appear on the left-hand side of your screen.

3. Find the “Site Pages” section

4. Click on the Three-Dot icon3 dot icon.pngnext to the title of the page you want to copy

5. Select “Duplicate”

The page will be automatically copied. The initial title will be the name of the existing page + (Copy) e.g., Overview (Copy). It will appear as the last page in the menu. Drag and drop the title to reorganize the page order.

 

Insider Tip: 

  • Don’t forget to give your newly copied Knowledge Zone page a unique title

  • All the content from your previously created Knowledge Zone page will be transferred to the new one

  • Only admins and expert users have permission to duplicate Knowledge Zone pages
