Sharing a Notebook Collection with your colleagues and team helps you to quickly and easily democratize knowledge and ensures that everyone has access to the same information.

There are two ways to share a Notebook Collection - using the Share Icon 
or by using the Three Dot Icon 
.
Share your collection using the Share Icon 
:
- Go to your Notebook
- Select the collection you want to share from your left-hand Notebook panel
- Click on the Share Icon
in the top right corner of your screen
- Choose a user, a group, or an email address from the dropdown menu
- Enter a personalized message, if desired
- Click on the “Share” button at the top of the window
Share your collection using the Three Dot Icon 
:
- Go to your Notebook
- Find the collection you want to share from your left-hand Notebook panel
- Click on the Three Dot Icon
to the left your collection’s title
- Select “Share”
- Choose a user, a group, or an email address from the dropdown menu
- Enter a personalized message, if desired
- Click on the “Share” button at the top of the window
Whichever way you choose to share your Notebook Collection, your colleague(s) will receive an automatic notification that content has been shared with them and the content will be saved in their “Shared with Me” Notebook Collection.
Alternatively, you can copy a unique link address that can be shared using an external communication channel like Slack or Teams.
Insider Tips:
- Give your Notebook Collection a descriptive title so your colleagues know what topic, theme, or type of content to expect
- Notebook Collections can only be shared with colleagues who have access to your platform
