Chat summaries provide a concise recap of what was discussed, including key persona quotes, so you can revisit insights without rereading the full conversation.

To summarize a chat:
Open the chat you want to summarize
Click “Summarize chat” in the upper-right corner
A new window will open with a summary of the conversation, including key quotes from the persona(s).
3. Click “Copy” in the bottom-right corner to copy the summary and paste it elsewhere
4. Click “Download” in the bottom-right corner to download the full chat, with the summary included at the end
The chat will be downloaded as a Word document.
