Chatting with Persona allows you to engage with AI-driven representations of your target audience, so you can validate ideas, gather feedback, and understand their behaviors and needs, and test concepts or campaigns.

To start a chat with a persona:
Open the Personas app from the left-hand navigation bar
Click “Start chat” in the upper-right corner of the view
You can also click “New chat” in the left-hand sidebar.
You will be prompted to select the persona(s) you want to chat with.
2. Search for a specific persona by using search bar
You can also brows different persona groups from the “Persona groups” dropdown.

3. Select the persona you want to chat with by clicking on its card
4. Click “Start chat“ in the bottom-right corner of the window
You will be taken to the chat view.
Alternatively, you can start a chat directly from the Personas page by clicking “Chat with“ on persona card.
5. Type your question in the chat input field and click
or press Enter
The persona will respond to your message.
6. Click the Attachment icon
in the bottom-left corner of the chat input field to upload a document or image and ask the persona for opinion or feedback

Supported attachment formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WEBP.
All your chats appear in the left-hand sidebar, and you can always revisit your previous chats.
