A group chat with Personas lets you engage with multiple AI-driven representations of your target audience simultaneously, replicating a focus group experience where you can gather opinions and compare perspectives on the same questions.

To start a group chat with several personas:
Open the Personas app from the left-hand navigation bar
2. Click “Start chat” in the upper-right corner of the view
You can also click “New chat” in the left-hand sidebar.
You will be prompted to select the personas you want to chat with.
3. Search for a specific persona by using search bar
You can also brows different persona groups from the “Persona groups” dropdown.
4. Select up to 10 personas for the group chat by clicking on the persona cards
5. Click “Start chat "in the bottom-right corner of the window
You will be taken to the chat view.
6. Type your question in the chat input field and click
or press Enter
Each persona will respond to your message.
7. Type @ in the chat input field and select persona name(s) to ask a question to specific persona(s)
Only the mentioned persona(s) will reply to that message.
8. Click the Attachment icon
in the bottom-left corner of the chat input field to upload a document or image and ask the persona for opinion or feedback
Insider Tips:
You can add up to 10 personas in one group chat.
You can add personas from different Persona groups to one group chat.
