Adding Persona Chats to a project helps you organize conversations by topic, so all relevant chats and insights stay together in one place and are easy to revisit later.

To add an existing chat to a project:
Open the Personas app from the left-hand navigation bar
2. Hover over the chat you want to add to a project in the left-hand panel of the Personas app
3. Click the Three-Dot menu
next to the chat title
4. Select “Add to Project”
A window will open prompting you to choose a project.
5. Select an existing project or create a new one
6. Click “Add to Project” in the bottom right corner
This chat will be added to the selected project.
To start a new chat directly from a project:
1. Go to the project where you want to start a chat by clicking on it in the left-hand panel of the Personas app
Your project view will open. You’ll see the personas on the right-hand side.
2. Click “Start chat” in the upper-right corner, above the personas
You will be prompted to select the persona(s).
3. Select the persona(s) you want to chat with
4. Click “Start chat“ in the bottom-right corner of the window
You will be taken to the chat view.
Alternatively, you can also start a chat from the project view by hovering over a persona card and clicking “Start chat” that appears on the card.
To remove a chat from a project:
1. Go to the project where you want to start a chat by clicking on it in the left-hand panel of the Personas app
Your project view will open.
2. Click on the Three-Dot menu
3. Select “Remove from Project”
The chat will be removed from the project and will still be available in your main chat list in the Personas app.
