Editing the header of your Knowledge Zone lets you define a unique or branded visual identity for your content and helps your Knowledge Zone to stand out to your user community.

To adjust the size of your header:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
- Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner
- Click the Gear Icon inside your header
The “Header Settings” panel will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Expand the “Header Size” section by clicking on the downward arrow next to it
- Choose a size for the header – small, medium, or none
Click the Gear Icon inside your header or the X Icon in the “Header Settings” to stop editing and load your changes.
To adjust the theme of your header:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
- Click the “Edit” button in the top-right corner
- Click the Gear Icon inside your header
This action will reveal the “Header Settings” on the right-hand side of your screen.
- Expand the “Theme” section by clicking on the downward arrow next to it
- Select the theme – light, dark, or custom
- If you select “Custom,” scroll down to choose a personalized color for the text, the background text, and the selection button.
Click the Gear Icon inside your header or the X Icon in the “Header Settings” to exit this section and load your changes.

- Select a simple header so that the name of your Knowledge Zone or page stands out
- Zoom out in your browser if you cannot see the different fields in the “Header Settings” panel
