Notifying viewers about newly published Knowledge Zone content is an easy to share knowledge and keep your colleagues updated about the relevant and helpful content.

To notify your colleagues about newly published Knowledge Zone content:
1. Make changes in your Knowledge Zone
2. Click the “Publish" button in the top right corner
A new window will pop up prompting you to enter or review key Knowledge Zone details like the title, thumbnail and categorization. If you have already published the Knowledge Zone before skip to step 7
3. Click on the “Thumbnail“ placeholder to add a thumbnail image from your desktop
4. Update the Title field if needed to give your Knowledge Zone a descriptive name
5. Add a description
6. Click “Next“ in the bottom right corner of the window
7. Select tags from the different Classification dropdown menus
8. Click “Next”
In the next view, you will be able to select your target audience, or the “Viewers”. If you have already published the Knowledge Zone and don’t need to update the viewers, skip to step 12.
9. Start typing a name or group in the “Select Viewers” field to define who will have access to your published Knowledge Zone
10. Select the name or user group by clicking on it
11. Type and select “Everyone” if you want everyone on the platform to have access to it
12. Click “Next”
You will be prompted to select the users or user groups who should be notified that you have published new content.
13. Click on the checkboxes next to the users you want to be notified
