To edit the description and tags of documents you have uploaded to a Knowledge Zone:

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
  2. Navigate to the section where the document has been uploaded
  3. Click anywhere on the content card to open it (but not on the icons)

You will be taken directly to the document where you can access key document information.

  1. Click on the Information Icon in the top right corner of the document view

The information panel will appear to the right of your document.

  1. Make changes in the fields you want to update – you can update the thumbnail image, description, classification, and permissions
  2. Once you are happy with your updates, click the Information Icon again

The information panel will close, and your updates will be automatically saved. Any changes will be immediately applied.

Insider Tips:

  • Only document owners and system administrators can update tags and descriptions
  • Only users with specific permissions can work on Knowledge Zones
  • The AI-powered auto-tagger automatically tags your content based on keywords linked with your platform's taxonomy when you upload a video, but reviewing the classification gives you full control over how your video is tagged
  • Text fields like the title and description are searchable
  •  Classifiers work like tags that are tied to the Search filters
