Editing the tags and description of your video content improves its searchability which helps your colleagues find your content.

To edit the description and tags of videos you have uploaded to a Knowledge Zone:
- Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
- Navigate to the section where the video has been uploaded
- Click on the content card
You will be taken to the library board that stores key information about the video.
- Click on the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of your screen
- Find the fields you want to update and make any changes
- Click on any of the fields in the “Context” section to select a tag from the dropdown
- Once you are happy with the updates, click on the Back Arrow in the top-left corner to save the changes
Your changes will be immediately applied to the video. You do not need to republish the Knowledge Zone for the updates to take effect.

- Only video owners and system administrators can update video tags and descriptions
- Only users with specific permissions can work on Knowledge Zones
